INSURANCE INFORMATION
Palmer Family Medicine is a preferred provider for :
- Blue Cross Blue Shield
- Cigna
- Aetna
- (includes EBMS, Meritain, Assurant, and all others that fall under the Aetna network)
We are also participating providers for:
- TRICARE
- Medicaid
- Medicare
- While we provide care for our current Medicare patients, we are unable to accept new Medicare patients at this time.
We are happy to see self pay patients with other insurance as well.
As a courtesy, we bill insurance companies for all of our patients. However, in an ever changing insurance market, it is important that all patients understand their own insurance policies, including co-pay charges paid at each visit. We are bound by the contractual agreements patients have with their insurance companies. We cannot become involved in disputes between patients an their insurance companies regarding deductibles, co-pays, "reasonable and customary" charges, covered visits, etc.
Dr. Brooks maintains hospital privileges at Mat-Su Regional Medical Center. In the event that you are cared for at this facility, please be advised that you will receive a separate bill from the hospital.
